Run a thorough scan after the BiaB install and make sure nothing is lurking around. Many users have installed BiaB without this issue .. maybe your system was infected for PDFs beforehand, or maybe it is a false-positive. Check it afterwards to be sure. The file you pointed to is a temporary file (\is-HAPDG.tmp) so I'd suspect a system issue rather than BiaB. I'd do a scan for reassurance.
