I think what RB is doing is comparing where you run the Realtracks and Realdrums from for both BiaB and RB.
If they are different locations RB asks if you want to change them to match.
Keeping them both working from one central location is a good idea for many reasons, from compatibility to upgrading.
Otherwise you may eventually find Realtracks available in RB that are not in BiaB or vice-versa.
Plus new realtrack updates have to be applied to both locations.
I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome
