I am updating Real Track CD. It is from the 2014 version but I didn't update it when it came and forgot it. When I clicl Setup the update procedure asks where I want to save the files. I have already a Real Tracks folder on my E drive. There is also same folder in BB folder but my old Real Track files are in the other Place. For some reason the update procedure doesn't allow to use the Real Tracks folder. What should I do?
Not sure I completely understand your question but I think you want to install either all new Real Tracks in a location different then where BIAB is or you want to perform an UPDATE to your existing Real Tracks directory that are again in a different location than where BIAB is?
The picture below is just an example using a 2015 update but same method applies to 2014 installs and updates. You can/should change the path to the PARENT directory that CONTAINS the RT folder (NOT the actual RT folder). Hope this helps

This path was getting confusing, as one update asked for the actual location and another asked for the parent location.
I believe this got sorted in 2015, but may have been an issue with the 2014 install.
Larry's image may point out the location of the problem, but read the line above carefully depending on your version.
Using the Parent directory as the default has caused me to create BB\ folders with nothing in them but the Realtrack and Realdrums .. seems historically some parts of the install/setup don't like it if they are not in a parent BB\ folder.. like I said, I'm pretty sure this is sorted and consistent in 2015.
