Not sure I completely understand your question but I think you want to install either all new Real Tracks in a location different then where BIAB is or you want to perform an UPDATE to your existing Real Tracks directory that are again in a different location than where BIAB is?
The picture below is just an example using a 2015 update but same method applies to 2014 installs and updates. You can/should change the path to the PARENT directory that CONTAINS the RT folder (NOT the actual RT folder). Hope this helps
