So this is a tune from last season.... well, I posted it last year and .... well.... Happy Christmas and a Merry New Year to you all.... THE BEST CHRISTMAS This is one of the two songs I entered into the Reindeer Ruckus Christmas song, songwriting contest in the other forum... Have a listen and enjoy the song.

Herb, this is a top notch, professional production from start to end. It could make the Christmas rotation on every country station across the land. Glad I listened and thanks for posting. I wasn't on the User Forum much last year and missed the first round. Second round knockout for me.

Very entertaining. I agree with Charlie, the production radiates confidence and competence. It's top notch. That's a great chord that you play at "I love you" in the chorus.

Really fun song!! Arrangement works perfectly and the lyrics are simple, sweet, and straight ahead! Is that you on the guitar? Vocal is top notch. All around great song and production! Take care. Greg

Charlie, Noel, Scott, R & AM, Greg: thanks for listening to this tune....
I do not recall the real tracks used or the style without going back and pulling the folder.... However, this is 100% real band tracks.
I do remember that this is Brent Mason on the guitar and I used 5 renderings of the same RB track, then used envelopes in Sonar to grab bits and pieces of each track to build the composite solo. No copy and paste, just selecting which of the 5 tracks would play at a given time. That was some fun editing.
