I am very concerned about the continuing lack of phone Tech Support during this past week. Each time I call in on the phone I receive a message that your voice mailbox is full. I realize it is the holidays, but this continuing amount of poor tech service is inexcusable. I do not use email because my question is very complicated, to me at least, and I am a very slow typist. I would be wasting your support person's time having them wait for me to type. I used the Tech Support phone line previously with no problem. I have spent a good amount of money purchasing the BIAB 2015 MegaPak and I am becoming very dissatisfied. Enough so that I may ask for a refund. All because you do not have enough staff on hand to answer your customers' questions? That is poor business practice.
