I am very concerned about the continuing lack of phone Tech Support during this past week. Each time I call in on the phone I receive a message that your voice mailbox is full. I realize it is the holidays, but this continuing amount of poor tech service is inexcusable. I do not use email because my question is very complicated, to me at least, and I am a very slow typist. I would be wasting your support person's time having them wait for me to type. I used the Tech Support phone line previously with no problem. I have spent a good amount of money purchasing the BIAB 2015 MegaPak and I am becoming very dissatisfied. Enough so that I may ask for a refund. All because you do not have enough staff on hand to answer your customers' questions? That is poor business practice. Larry  Oregon, USA

Many software companies have NO phone support. And certainly you can understand the crunch come this time of year. Give em a brake...  Almost instant support here in the forum from other users if you just type your questions here.

Larry, most of us here, have used tech support in the past a time or two, and they were always right there, and quick to solve a problem My suggestion is to be patient, as you called at possibly the worst time imaginable, over the holiday times where folks are short staffed, and at the peak of the end of the year sales campaign. They have been good in the past. I have just been disappointed that their good record has not been able to be maintained during the holidays. I can not use the program successfully until I get my questions answered. Thus my frustration. I'll give them another week. I'll delay my enjoyment of the program a bit longer. I have worked as a phone customer service person myself and can appreciate their work. Thanks.

Hi Larry (gaelyn), As you can see from my user details, I live in Australia. That's a long way from Canada. Even so, Technical Support have been absolutely top notch when it comes to helping me. - My experience (since 2006) is that PG Music is the most reliable, the most helpful and the most considerate company I have ever dealt with either locally or globally.
I'm not sure if you have seen it yet but Dr Gannon replied to you about the problems Technical Support are facing in your other post. He pointed out just how swamped by the holiday rush his company is at the moment. (In case you are not aware of it, Peter Gannon is the "PG" in PG Music.) What is the problem that is frustrating you at the moment? As jazzmandan and Larry Kehl have indicated, you'll get some good, competent help here in the forum. Simply outline the issue in a post. It doesn't have to be typed up nicely. Someone will almost certainly jump in and assist you to the best of his or her ability.
