They have been good in the past. I have just been disappointed that their good record has not been able to be maintained during the holidays. I can not use the program successfully until I get my questions answered. Thus my frustration. I'll give them another week. I'll delay my enjoyment of the program a bit longer. I have worked as a phone customer service person myself and can appreciate their work. Thanks.
