As you can see from my user details, I live in Australia. That's a long way from Canada. Even so, Technical Support have been absolutely top notch when it comes to helping me.

I'm not sure if you have seen it yet but Dr Gannon replied to you about the problems Technical Support are facing in your other post. He pointed out just how swamped by the holiday rush his company is at the moment. (In case you are not aware of it, Peter Gannon is the "PG" in PG Music.)

What is the problem that is frustrating you at the moment? As jazzmandan and Larry Kehl have indicated, you'll get some good, competent help here in the forum. Simply outline the issue in a post. It doesn't have to be typed up nicely. Someone will almost certainly jump in and assist you to the best of his or her ability.
