I'm getting this error message box right after I've opened a MIDI file I've downloaded from the Internet, that made Real Band crash. Right after a re-boot, not BIAB nor Real Band worked anymore.

Message:
"Some features are disabled. Menu-Help-Activation to Activate Program is not activate. Reason is: You can only use this copy of the program in one computer. If you want to use the program on a new computer, choose Menu-Help-Activation or Menu-Help-Restore"

I've tried that, but my activation code is signaled as "Not Valid"

I've tried releasing the license, now it doesn't allow me to re-activate, stating "License blocked".

I've sent an e-mail support@pgmusic.com the 31st at 16:34 Central European Time, but nobody got back to me.

For the record, I have BIAB installed in my laptop, but I've never used it at the same time with my main Music-making desktop computer, nor I did try to use it after the crash.

I own several other DAW programs, all of them allow at least TWO installs... I can't find in the PG website an specific answer to this question. So, is this really a licensing conflict or just a technical snafu after the crash?

Please, somebody get back to me. What do I do?
