In Realband click File-Open and Browse to the desired BiaB song and simply open it in RB..
To save save an RB file, click File-Save As and select 'seq' format for the native RB format.
Once saved, the Save icon or 'CTRL + S' shortcut will save the song also.
I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome
