Yes, PGM generally currently avoid any acknowledgement of resolving program issues. Many don't even get attended to.

We pay good money for the rights to use the software, spend significant effort investigating and diagnosing, getting confirmation from other users, reporting problems, providing details and samples and much more.

It would be good (and very professional) if these issues were acknowledged, and a statement made similar to: 'thanks for reporting, this will be resolved in our next release, expected approximately in month/year'

Two and three year old problems are still issues in the 2015 version. Frankly this is unprofessional and somewhat disappointing. It appears the programmers have no pride in what they deliver, are carefree about fixing known operational issues.

This is not intended as a rant. Sometimes you need to be constructively critical for others to realize the shortcomings.
