Based on the files you listed, it looks like you just purchased the BIAB Pro PAK, which includes what are called "Pro Combos"; essentially a sampling of various RealTracks, but not all of them.
Much like buying the "essentials" packages of other music software - you get enough to try it out and see if you like, but it is definitely not the whole shebang.
Also, a number of the sample songs may include some tracks with RealTracks not contained in the ProPacks (although I think I recently saw that PGMusic was going to look into ensuring that BIAB Pro users don't have that problem - doesn't help you though).
You can always substitute the missing RealTrack with one you do have, though.
