I hope you didn't follow this Larry's lead? Because that usually leads to bad places  But yes if you DO use AD 2 or AD (Sonar now has AD 2 included so you get that update as well) then the entry price of $149 was a great deal for just the AD 2 Producer 3 pak - since the XLN Holiday Pricing for SAME pak is $179, unless of course you already had all the AD 2 add-ons, or most, or or simply already have just the ones you want and don't want any more. I missed out on JRR thing sale thing. I usually watch JRR pretty close, last year I got a super great deal on Chris Hein Horns (compact) for Kontakt and also got the Peter Siedlaczek Complete Orchestral Collection for Kontatk for free to boot)
