G'day Joan,
I know it's "down the track" a bit, but I just had a word with a buddy of mine who actually does restorations after fires etc. and he tells me the only materials he is aware of to be concerned about with ozone generators are rubber based products. So the wood, felts, metals etc. should be fine. I don't know of any rubber in a real piano so as far as I can infer there shouldn't be any problems.
