RealDrums will play a fill leading up to and through each part marker.

[A part marker is made by clicking on the measure number. The part marker will show blue for an A substyle, and green for a B substyle that is generally busier or more energetic playing. Part markers that change colors often play a 'stronger' fill.]

[It is also possible now in version 2015 to use a part marker without having a drum fill.]

In RealDrums, you are hearing an actual musician play, so it is not exactly repeatable on command. However, if you use the Simpler' option and continue to regenerate, you may find that the fills are often similar. If it isn't what you want, you will have to take the song into a DAW and cut and paste.

{EDIT: good answer by sixchannel; beat me to it}
