Cubase are operating a forum for bugs and issues. The way they work is that a user can post a bug, then if it is confirmed by others, the thread is then acknowledged by a mod, a number is added by trhe mod to the thread and the thread is locked. This way everyone knows where they stand.
Its a good idea, and better than nothing (in the way of acknowledgement) as we have here, but I am not sure how the wish list would integrate
At present users simply know near nothing about what PG is acknowledging and what it is ignoring

Yes, PGM generally currently avoid any acknowledgement of resolving program issues. Many don't even get attended to.
We pay good money for the rights to use the software, spend significant effort investigating and diagnosing, getting confirmation from other users, reporting problems, providing details and samples and much more.
It would be good (and very professional) if these issues were acknowledged, and a statement made similar to: 'thanks for reporting, this will be resolved in our next release, expected approximately in month/year'
Two and three year old problems are still issues in the 2015 version. Frankly this is unprofessional and somewhat disappointing. It appears the programmers have no pride in what they deliver, are carefree about fixing known operational issues.
This is not intended as a rant. Sometimes you need to be constructively critical for others to realize the shortcomings.

Somebody mentioned recently that posting items in the Wishlist was no different than tossing a coin in a Wishing well.

+1000. Reaper has a bug report forum too, this is one of the reasons why that software is solid as a rock.

+1 'Bug Reports and Fixes', I suggested by email to PGM this page right after 2015 came out. A lot of errors were being reported and I thought the staff must be going crazy trying to "find" the comments regarding this.

+1 for a bug report forum. But I don't think that a thread should be locked. It should be acknowledged by PGMusic but it should be left open for possible work arounds IMHO.
My wife had her driving test today.
She got 8 out of 10.
The other 2 jumped out of the way!

Cakewalk has a forum area for bug and fixes. Each product has a thread where reports are made and verified. Support adds bug number as report is sent to programmers. Programmers notate report once resolved.
Some bugs are fixed but many never are. But at least bugs are acknowledged and users have a database from which they can find out if they are experiencing something known or abnormal.
It's frustrating to spend time and effort to investigate an abnormality to then find out the issue was known beforehand.

+1 A forum like that would be great. Especially since some of the reported bugs turn out to be user error instead. The acknowledgement by BIAB would be the best part. Ray
