Good to know. It took me some time to discover that part markers are disabled using repeats and endings. But I don't understand your remark as "concise as possible". If you have e.g., 1st and 2nd endings with 1,2 or 3 bars, reading becomes much easier if e.g., a repeated 2nd second section starts at a new line, rather then somewhere along the stave. No offence but I don't like this intended bahavior.
