As far as I'm aware, this is not possible in BIAB. From a music writing perspective, BIAB/RB is at its best when writing lead sheets. It is not a fully comprehensive notation program.

I use BIAB for notation a great deal. Sometimes, though, when I need more sophisticated techniques, I use Musescore. Musescore is a fully fledged, freeware notation program that has a limited ability to read BIAB's mgu/sgu files.
