Good job too on the writing of this song.

Congrats on 30 years.... that's a classic milestone. My wife and I passed that one and are headed to 32 this year.

Thanks for the nice comments Herb. Right on for 32... I'm hopin' for 30 more.

I would really like to hear that version too. I can hear a band slipping in on the second verse.....a little piano....

Regards,

Bob

Thanks Bob. I like the idea of slipping the band in on the 2nd verse.

A pretty song - and a nice job recording it... the guitars and vocals sound good. The toys are working! Good mix...

Congrats on the 30.

Thanks Floyd. As always... I appreciate your comments. I think the BG vocals sound better since I re-did them, and the toys are fun! wink

Important stuff first: Congratulations on your 30 years together! I love hearing about it when marriages succeed. I know there are a lot of obstacles to a happy marriage, and I certainly don't judge anyone whose marriage didn't last forever... but when they do... whatever the magic ingredient is, you must have it!

And speaking of magic ingredients, you must know what that is musically too. I always enjoy your songs... you play in the general vicinity of "my kinda music"... whatever that is. Kinda soft rock, kinda Americana, kinda country, kinda bluegrass, kinda Eagles.

But however you describe your sound, it's right in the pocket of what I like. I want to play in a band that covers your songs. wink

Good job! And welcome back!

And sent this one over the top for me. Nice, nice, nice.

Charlie

Thanks Charlie... I think it really helped too.

Like others have mentioned this is a fine production
that might could be "improved" with more RTs. Perhaps,
but we really enjoyed this more minimalist approach.

Nice!!

Thanks to both of you, and congrats on 34... You two seem like peas & carrots. grin

Whether or not you can improve on this with more RTs, I'm not too sure - it's SO good as it stands. Maybe I'll just have to wait and see what you come up with.

Congrats on the 30 years.

ROG.

Hey Rog thanks for the very nice comments... The oohs were part of the BG vocals I DIDN'T have to re-do. shocked
