For your foreign customers, import taxes and fees can be quite high. As you send your products through major carriers (UPS or FedEx) who perfectly know tax applicable in each country and of course the fees they charge, could you give at least an estimation of taxes and fees your foreign customers will have to pay?

In my case, I bought the 2015 version of the Band-in-a-Box UltraplusPAK (upgrade from my 2010 version, in a hard drive) at the special (and very interesting!) price of USD 159 plus USD 25 for shipping to France. But a few days later, I received a bill from FedEx of around USD 52 (about 37 for the "value added tax" French and 15 for the FedEx fee), that is about 30% of the initial price!
