For the sake of this clumsy but effective workaround, I assume your material is in the melody and the soloist tracks.
1. Go to "leadsheet display". If the track for which you want only treble clef is underneath, close the window and "tell" BIAB to swap M and S tracks, then return to "leadsheet display".
2. Preview graphics. If there are problems other than the undesired clef, go back and fix them and return.
3. Use the "SAVE++" button to save all the leadsheet pages as separate JPG images. Use the high-res option for the best printout later.
4. Use a JPG editor, such as Photoshop or Gimp, on each page to cut the rectangular region for the undesired clef, then to select and slide up the region for the remaining two clefs so they have the vertical spacing you want. In the process, particularly after page 1, you'll probably want to move the top of page 3 to the bottom of page 2, slide up the rest of page 3, and so on.
5. Cut the bottom notation "<song title> page x" and replace it with your own notation as necessary.
6. Save each page, preferably with a new name. Now print them.
Clumsy, but it worked for me.
