It's not in front of me right now, but I believe that (by default) it also appends the text "_render" to the file name.

So if you file was "Good_Blues.mid", you would end up with "Good_Blues_render.wav" (or "Good_Blues_render.mp3" or "Good_Blues_render.wma".

That's to prevent BIAB from playing the rendered WAV file at the same time as the BIAB/MIDI song (which happens if there is a WAV file with the same name as the BIAB file in the same folder).
