That message comes from SampleTank, which is used for the MIDI Hi-Q sounds. Run the Hi-Q instrument installer again, from the \PGMusic\Installers folder on your USB hard drive, and make sure to choose the correct installation folder, where your SampleTank instruments are located. It sounds like you might not be using the default location.
If you're still having trouble, please tell us an example of a style that gives you that message, and does it happen when you simply load the style, or only when you load the style Demo from the StylePicker?
