To add to what Matt wrote,

Search for any "PG*.TTF" on your computer. If you don't find one, I've seen you have (also) an older version of BIAB. Is your Windows 8 on a new machine? If so, go to your old machine and look up the fonts. If you don't find the TTF files with the search function, the installed fonts are probably here: C:\Windows\Fonts. I do have six PG fonts installed:
PG Text Standard
PGChords Standard
PGJazz Standard
PGMusic F Standard
PGTextj Standard
PGTextje Standard

You can copy these into the C:\Windows\Fonts (It's probably still the same name with Win 8.x). Then it should work.
