Hello Peron,
since version 2013 or so of mac biab there is the chance to load audio loops into the arrangement. I often use this feature. Of course the audio file (m4a format) must have same bpm of the biab arrangement, and in the dialog box you have to uncheck the "loop" option. Works fine for me.
