If you have the MIDI files already, one way is to use import the MIDI file in RB

If MIDI is currently in BiaB, drag it to the Drop area. Save it as a MIDI file.

Make sure RB is set to MIDI type track
RB: File> Import > Load, find the MIDI file
Select the track, then copy it, select another track, position the cursor, and paste it(you can set where to paste in the paste dialog)
There are probably many other ways too...
