Hello Carolyne,
I make my own music video using adobe premiere and also movie maker for windows. If you use Mac, i think you can use iVideo...
Freeze frame video and the music still on, yes you can use those software (adobe premiere, movie maker or iVideo)...
For pro software you can use AVS movie maker...Hope that help
Danu, my 2 cents: windows movie maker is MUCH more user friendly than Adobe Premiere, which I find to be totally UNintuitive. Plus, if you want freeze frame, Adobe Premiere is way overkill... windows movie maker can do that just fine.
