I also am a big fan of SS drums. I have a couple of drum programs from him, one SSD 3.5 for Kontakt and one SSD 4. You gotta love them! My bad on #2 as I forgot to include the link. Here it is: http://mididrum.en.softonic.com/You might want to investigate Cakewalk's Sonar DAW. I use Sonar Platinum but the Artist is $99 USD. Here is a picture of what I was talking about in #3 https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/97281321/drums.JPGNote that virtually all of my songs start in BiaB but ALL of my processing and patch selections are in Sonar. This is how I work but you may use a different path.
