Hi Carolyn. My personal experience with video is that it is a very time consuming thing to learn how to do! So be prepared! I use NCH Videopad. There is a free version but I have a sneaky suspicion that like all the NCH software they take away functionality over time until you eventually have to buy it. (I have bought my copy).
