That worked! I loaded my 2007 version and suprisingly it did not display the boxed text. It also doesn't have that option as in 2009. However, I do recall being able to use the "Insertion Text Section," to do edits and deletes in the 2007 version. Is there an upgrade for 2009 (282) yet? So far it's working for me, as is ....  Thanks again for the heads up, Wrkinit
