Click on the 'Synth Settings' button in the Driver Setup dialog (see the screenshot that VideoTrack posted above). Then, see if you can select the CoyoteWT in the top drop-down menu, as shown in the screenshot below. If the CoyoteWT isn't there, then it must not be installed on your computer. You can install it using your Band-in-a-Box installer, as long as it is from the last few years. When you run the installer it should show you a list of components that can be installed. Make sure that "Coyote WT" or "Coyote DXi synth" is checked. In fact you could uncheck everything else to make it simple.
