Rob, Good song for a quick write. You should now be known as speedy gonzales/rob4580 Your voice really suits that style of music. thoroughly enjoyed Alyn Hi Gibson. Thanks for listening and the tip on the name change:) Rob.

Rob,
I have to agree with RichMac; you definitely have the Marty Robbins vibe going on... I like the harmony in the tune and have to give kudos to you for churning out something that sounds this good so quickly. Nice work!

Nice southwestern Marty Robbins groove and sound you have going here. Very cool and vivid imagery in the lyric. I do have to say that had I read the lyric before listening I wouldn't have known that a kiote was a coyote The mix sounds just right on the monitors for my ears and taste. You definitely have a good feel for different genres. Fun isn't it?! Very nice listen!! J&B PS: Five minutes? It takes me about that long to remember my PG Music password. Hello Janice and Bud. Sorry bout the spelling mistake but I did check the spelling. Good luck with your password:) Thanks for your comments. Rob.

Hey Rob, I wasn't criticizing the spelling. i just assumed it was a "down under" spelling variant and I'd never seen it before. You might get a kick out of this. It's The Coyote Song and is from our bluegrass years. No BiaB...just the band with Janice playing rhythm guitar, singing and me on bass. The Coyote Song
Our albums and singles are on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Pandora and more. If interested search on Janice Merritt. Thanks! Our Videos are here on our website.

Nice one, Rob. I like any song I can drink to. BTW - Down here (or rather "up" here in your case), if we hear a coyote, we load a rifle. Regards, Bob

Nice song Rob! When you say this took 5 minutes, that doesn't include the time it took to write the lyrics, does it? But, whether it does or not, the ability to crank out good songs quickly is a pretty good indication of your comfort level with the software, and a pretty good testimony to BIAB as a rapid development system! On top of all the things I always like about your songs (your voice in particular) I liked the way you wrote the lyrics to suggest that Margarita might be a woman instead of a drink. Every time you mention "Margarita" the context supports both interpretations. I think that sort of thing adds a lot to any song. The song is straight-forward, and also a little bit obscure. It Keeps the audience wondering if you might mean something besides what you appear to be saying. Hello Pat my friend. I roughed out the basics of the song in five minuets. Sometimes I mull an idea over in my mind for days so I wasn't counting that time. The mixing took around three hours. Thanks for your comment Pat.

Steve Stills said he wrote "For what it's worth" (Somethin' happenin' here) like that-just came out. Take care. Greg Hey Greg that just what happens some times. Thanks for listening. Rob.

Really nice traditional country tune. This is one of the reasons I rarely listen to radio anymore, better stuff here on the forum.

Really nice use of the RT's for such an authentic laid back sound. And your voice is so easy on the ears.
Enjoyed listening.

Hi, Rob. Great job on this one. I, like others, was reminded of Marty Robbins (in a good way, of course). Thanks for the music, Dan
