So BIAB doesn't actually have 4 or 6 substyles in a style. What it does is link another style to the main style to serve as the "C" and "D", or "E" and "F" parts, etc.

If you open your song with the multistyle in BIAB and right click on the part marker, you will see the file name of the other styles linked to the main style. Make note of which bars use "C" and "D" (and "E" and "F", etc).

Then, in RealBand, you should be able to highlight those sections where the later part markers should be, select the new stylename, and regenerate. Remember, in RealBand, you can regenerate the whole song or just the highlighted parts.

Yes, it takes a little extra work, but it should get you what you want until RealBand catches up and supports multi-styles.
