Essentially, you can 'Mix', set levels, and add effects (e.g. reverb). In Real Band you can also change the volume levels at any point in individual tracks (automation).

This might give you the sound quality that you are seeking, but this could not be considered Mastering in the real sense of the word.

Jim's question is a good one. Different people have different views on exactly what 'Mastering' really means.
