BIAB does not support cut-time (notation-wise) and does not display common time (the big "C" signature), either.

Based on the style you choose, you can get the song to sound right, but you won't get cut-time notation. Your best bet then would be to export the MIDI notation to a dedicated notation program, where you can easily change the time signature from 4/4 to cut-time.

Your choices in BIAB are really to either reduce note duration and make the song 2/4, or keep it 4/4 and adjust tempo accordingly. The selected style will determine what it actually sounds like.
