Reboots and driver reinstalls did Not fix it.
But, It Works Now, and here is what I think I did to fix it.
I uninstalled the April realtracks patch. I reinstalled the bonus paks. Then I reinstalled the April realtracks patch.
After that, everything worked just fine.
