Occasionally, as you mix, listen at VERY low volume... like somebody walked into the room and needs your attention, so you turn the music down to be under the conversation. That will generally tell you if you need more cowbell...I mean drums... they should be pretty dominant at that level...drums and vocal and a little guitar (rhythm) This is GREAT to know! It is a simple tip, that goes a LONG way! Thank you!
