You can also go to Prefs - Notation and choose the jazz fonts there. My jazz fonts stay the same through all my files. Later, Ray Thanks Ray. I figured out what the problem was! It's just another reminder that there are many variations to how each of our computers are setup to run BIAB. My computer is setup to dual boot. My regular boot is for everyday use (not much music stuff). My second boot is for music-related stuff (BIAB, recording etc.). I discovered that the PGMUS.TTF (and likely other BIAB fonts) are loaded when I do the music boot but not when I do the regular boot. When I did the 'music boot' the jazz font returned.
