Dave you can change all of the velocities of SuperMidi track. Rocksolid explained how but if you need more help feel free to ask and I will help.

But remember depending on your sound source the tonal qualities of the track may change. As you probably already know a good sound source will have layers and the tonal quality could be brighter or darker depending on the velocity.

PS - if I misread your suggestion then I apologize. I only use BiaB as a scratch pad (most all of my songs start in BiaB) then move everything over to my DAW Sonar. Sonar is where I do all of my mixing.
