Peter Gannon advised in the BIAB forum on this topic that there is a way to copy at least the rests - "There is a feature like this. It is called Edit- Copy Rests. So you find one chord that has the attributes that you want (no push, no rest), then highlight that chord, and Edit-Copy Rests to a big range."
