It's kind-a hard to "lose" a loved one. Especially hard, because most everybody avoids speaking about the person -- at least the first time.
After my first wive's passing, I took the chance to see the positive sides of being that close to her. I cherished the time we had together. I only regretted that the present time is now without her. It takes a lot of strength, but it is worthwhile.
I wish you to have the strength to maintain your happiness when you think about your brother.
My thoughts are with you, it is always hard to bear the loss of a loved family member, young or old, well or in sickness. As others said, mourn you loss but be glad of the good times you had together.
