Hi Mario, You and Jon have certainly produced the goods again. This is one of the prettiest and most poignant melodies that I've heard in some time. It's a delight to listen to. Unless my ears are playing tricks on me, it sounds like those strategically placed chords are from the augmented family. It's such a rare sound these days and, when it's used as skilfully as you've used it, the augmented 5th really adds depth and dimension to a musical backing. The last time I remember hearing this chord in a popular piece of music was when Whitney sang "The Greatest Love Of All". Thanks to you and Jon for taking me on a very pleasant musical journey.
