I can say a lot of good things about Groove3 products and their customer support.
Most recently Groove3 allowed me to convert from the 2014 BiaB for Mac to the 2015 BiaB for Windows.
I just installed the Groove3 app for Android from the Google Play store so I can watch the videos on my tablet.
Great customer service, very informative videos and multi platform compatible. I'm very pleased to be a Groove3 customer.

Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe
This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
