If you have a genuine purchased copy (and I'm sure this is the case), you may be able to download a fresh distribution and then reinstall and re-authorize. Contact PGM Support, they'll be able to give you the best advice.

Generally, you cannot just copy directories/files from one location to another without creating some legacy issues.

Don't blame BiaB for this, its installation is robust, and your created problems are more related to how Windows manages installed installations.

E.g., you originally installed BiaB is C:\BB\ using the Windows Installer program. You then manually moved BiaB to D:\MyFiles\BB\. Later you tell Windows to uninstall BiaB through the Control Panel Add/Remove programs. Windows cannot do this successfully, because the files it knew about are no longer there. Follow?

A fresh install will let Windows know where everything actually is, so files can be properly managed by the operating system.
