If you are referring to Midi Tracks and you wish to change the sounds from a specific track by one or more semitones, then open the Classic Tracks Window and, in the column "Key" enter the number of semitones required, + or - 12 for an octave.
This method is useful also for expanded Midi Drums where you can change the Key of an instrument successively to select a different drum instrument to be played.
