There's one useful extension to what Mac said. You can make a folder called \styles in the main BB directory and move all your styles into it. The Stylepicker will find them there.
Doing that relieves the impossible chaos in the main BB folder and gets your styles together. Only drawback is that the Stylepicker is not smart enough to find styles there when you are using its EDIT mode. In that one case only, you have to point it to \styles at the beginning of each EDIT session.
Songs, however, can be grouped any way you like and stuffed into any system of convenient folders anywhere. You will have to navigate to songs as they're needed, so just try to to keep the navigation sensible.
