I do have a clue, which is a good way to put it, since I have it running. That's not to promise it will still work on the final release of Windows 10. Here's what we found so far:

Allanah first reported a problem, and Peter Gannon gave a solution. We had to manually copy a file from a Windows 7 installation, since Microsoft seems to have omitted the file in the place where BIAB looks for it.
