I've had that "Oh no!" come up a few times when I click on links in the Users Showcase. When it happens, I've used 'refresh' on the browser and it then reloaded fine. I don't know what's caused it.
I use Firefox on Vista. IE 9 stopped working properly a couple of years ago and Vista doesn't support IE 10 (if I recall correctly).
For what it's worth, our IT department are strong supporters of Chrome. They say that it's a very sturdy web browser.

P.S. I've just tried Soundcloud with IE 9 and got exactly the same message as in your image. I then tried Firefox and Chrome and they logged in without any issues at all.
P.P.S. Pat Marr was having Soundcloud log-in issues a little while back. It might be worthwhile shooting him an email. Maybe that was IE related.
