If you click on the .WAV button, you will get the "Render to Audio File" dialog box. From there, you will see a checkmark to render tracks to separate files. Be sure to set your destination folder and default base file name first. There are lots of other options on this screen, as well.

Then, you can import the files into your favorite DAW.
